What is OKR Planning?
OKR Planning is where you define your objectives (what you want to achieve) and key results (how you'll measure success). This is the foundation of your goal-setting process.

How It Works
Creating OKRs
- 1. Navigate to OKR Plan
- 2. Click "Add Objective"
- 3. Enter objective title
- 4. Add 2-4 key results
- 5. Set target values
- 6. Assign owners and teams
- 7. Set review status to "In Review"
Managing OKRs
- • Edit objectives and key results
- • Update targets and owners
- • Change review status
- • Use "Review OKRs" for bulk approval
- • Add comments during review
- • Export OKRs to Confluence
- • Delete OKRs (with confirmation)

Before OKRs become active, they go through a review process to ensure alignment and clarity.

- 1. Team creates OKRs (New)
- 2. Submit to "In Review" status
- 3. Leader reviews via Review OKRs page
- 4. Leader approves or rejects
- 5. Approved OKRs become Published
Review OKRs Feature
The Review OKRs page allows leaders to efficiently review and approve objectives one at a time:
- • Access via "Review OKRs" button on the Plan page
- • Navigate through objectives with Previous/Next buttons
- • View full objective details, key results, and comments
- • Change review status directly from the review page
- • Add comments and feedback for the team
- • Filter by team and cycle for focused review
- • Edit objectives directly if needed
Export to Confluence
Share your OKRs with stakeholders by exporting them directly to Confluence pages.
How to Export
- 1. Navigate to OKR Plan page
- 2. Click the "..." menu on an objective
- 3. Select "Export to Confluence"
- 4. Choose target space and parent page
- 5. Click "Export" to create the page
What Gets Exported
- • Objective title and description
- • All key results with targets
- • Owner and team information
- • Current status and progress
- • Timeline and dates
- • Formatted as a Confluence page
Export Tips
- • Ensure Confluence integration is configured in Settings
- • Export after OKRs are approved and published
- • Use a dedicated Confluence space for OKRs
- • Re-export to update the page with latest progress
